DROPPERS DREAM LLC REFUND POLICY

At DROPPERS DREAM LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional video editing services that meet your expectations. However, we understand there may be situations where refunds are necessary. Below is our detailed refund policy to address such situations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are subject to evaluation based on the following circumstances:

  • Project Delay Without Valid Reason: If DROPPERS DREAM LLC fails to deliver the final product within the agreed-upon timeline without providing a valid reason (such as force majeure, unforeseen technical issues, or delays from the client), the client is eligible for a refund. However, in cases where a mutual extension is agreed upon, this condition will not apply.
  • Quality Issues: If the delivered video does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards or fails to align with the specifications provided during the briefing phase, the client may request a refund. To be eligible, the client must have allowed DROPPERS DREAM LLC to make use of the allotted revision rounds to attempt to rectify the quality concerns.
  • Technical Errors: If the delivered video contains significant technical errors (e.g., rendering glitches, corrupted files) that prevent proper use, and DROPPERS DREAM LLC is unable to fix these issues after reasonable attempts, the client is entitled to a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if the client decides to cancel the project after it has commenced or if they change their mind about the video style, format, or content once work has begun.
  • Client Delays: If the client fails to provide the necessary information, assets, or feedback within the agreed timeframe, leading to project delays or completion issues, refunds will not be granted.
  • Final Approval: Once the client has approved the final deliverable, no refund will be issued. Approval of the final video indicates that the work has been completed to the client’s satisfaction.

3. Revision Policy

Before considering a refund, clients are encouraged to utilize DROPPERS DREAM LLC’s free revision process. We offer 3 (Three) revisions to ensure the video meets your expectations. If, after the revisions, the issues persist, a refund can be considered.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.
  2. Detailed Explanation: Provide a detailed description of the problem, including any relevant screenshots or documentation.
  3. Review: DROPPERS DREAM LLC will review the request within 5 business days. If necessary, we may request further information or clarification.
  4. Resolution: If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: A full refund may be issued if DROPPERS DREAM LLC fails to deliver the project or is unable to fix critical issues that affect the usability of the video.
  • Partial Refund: In cases where a portion of the work has been completed and delivered, a prorated refund may be offered based on the amount of usable work provided.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon processing of a refund, the client forfeits all rights to use or distribute any part of the video produced by DROPPERS DREAM LLC. All ownership of the video content reverts back to DROPPERS DREAM LLC, and the client is prohibited from using any of the deliverables in any form.
